When purchasing products on this website you confirm and acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. You must be able to produce sufficient evidence (e.g. Australian Driver’s License or Passport) of that entitlement on request prior to or upon delivery of the product.
Product prices are displayed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
OSSA may vary the prices of their products at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made at time of transaction. Payment can be made by any of the options specified on the OSSA website. Title in the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

All products are sold subject to their availability while stocks last. OSSA reserves the right to limit quantities of the product.

OSSA ships Australia wide. We endeavour to deliver your wine order to the specified delivery address in a timely manner. OSSA takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery caused by events outside of its control.
In the event we are unable to ship your wine order we will notify you by email within 7 days and offer a full refund.
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights appearing on ossa.wine, such as names, trademarks (registered and unregistered), logos and copyright material, are owned by OSSA and/or our related companies. You must not use that intellectual property in any way whatsoever, except as expressly permitted by us in writing (or in the case of copyright material, as permitted by Australian and international copyright laws).
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases so please choose carefully.
We can only process returns for product purchased from ossa.wine. If you have purchased your product from a retail store or another website, you should contact them directly.
We will only exchange products in which we deem to be faulty. Please contact us (email@example.com) if you believe your wine is faulty.
Proof of purchase must be included with any returned product.
Postage charges on returns are at the cost of the customer and non-refundable.
