Aromas of ripe melon, white peach and grapefruit are accented by hints of flint and white pepper. An incredibly textural palate reveals a rich fruit profile, with layers of stone fruit, pear and citrus. There is impressive power and presence in this wine, showcased in a deliciously long finish.

Our Grüner Veltliner makes up a tiny parcel of fruit from the Belbrook vineyard on the East Coast of Tasmania. Gently pressed into seasoned French oak barriques for indigenous fermentation, the wine was then transferred to stainless steel tanks for further élevage on lees before bottling.
